Synopsis
43 patients (46 digits) with Dupuytren contracture were randomly allocated to undergo manipulation at 1 or 7 days after collagenase Clostridium histolyticum (CCH) injection, with the purpose of comparing the efficacy and side effects of postponing manipulation.
