Synopsis
Forty-three patients with ulnar impaction syndrome and less than 4 mm positive ulnar variance were randomized to undergo either arthroscopic wafer procedure combined with TFCC debridement (n=21) or diaphyseal ulnar shortening osteotomy (n=22).
