Synopsis
Twenty patients with Atzei type 2 or 3 TFCC injuries undergoing wrist arthroscopy were randomized to receive either a mixture of 1% ropivacaine and 0.7% compound betamethasone (test group, n=10) or normal saline (control group, n=10).
