Synopsis
Eighty-five patients with extensor zone VI tendon lacerations were randomized to receive standard extensor tendon repair with OrthoWrap® (n = 42) or without OrthoWrap® (n = 43). The primary outcome was extension lag at the metacarpophalangeal joint.
