Fifty-one knees from 28 patients with Kellgren–Lawrence Grade I-II knee osteoarthritis were randomized to receive one of four treatments: HA alone (n=13), HA with hUC-MSCs (n=12), HA with somatotropin (n=12), or a combination of all three (n=14).
