Synopsis
Seventy-five patients (114 hands) with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) were randomized to receive either therapeutic underwater pulsed ultrasound (n=25), sham ultrasound (n=25), or no ultrasound (splint only; n=25).
