Synopsis
95 patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty were randomized to the procedure completed using a kinematic or mechanical alignment method. Patients were assessed over a 2-year follow-up. While individual component angles differed between groups, overall lower limb alignment and clinical outcome scores did not significantly differ between groups.
