Synopsis
The results of four independent trials (n = 112) regarding treatment of primary OA with hemiarthroplasty or Total Shoulder Arthroplasty (TSA) were identified and analyzed. Results showed that patients had better functional outcomes with total shoulder arthroplasty at 2 years follow-up.
