Synopsis
83 patients with cervical myelopathy were randomized to undergo arthroplasty with implantation of a Bryan cervical disc prosthesis or Anterior Cervical Disc Fusion (ACDF). At 3 year follow up, the Bryan cervical disc arthroplasty has been found to be a safe, reliable, and efficacious in the treatment of cervical myelopathy.
