Synopsis
74 patients undergoing mini-invasive total knee replacement (TKR) were randomized to undergo one of two surgical procedures. The first group underwent surgery using a traditional alignment guide (MIS group) while the second group underwent surgery using a computer-assisted alignment system (MICA group).
