Synopsis
140 patients with moderate, bilateral knee osteoarthritis were randomized to one of four groups: isokinetic muscle strengthening exercises, isokinetic muscle strengthening exercises plus therapeutic ultrasound, isokinetic muscle strengthening exercises plus therapeutic ultrasound and intraarticular hyaluronan injection, or a control group.
