Synopsis
141 patients scheduled to undergo spinal surgery were randomized to receive either loxoprofen sodium or celecoxib for postoperative analgesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of the two nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) using a numeric rating scale (NRS) to evaluate pain.
