Synopsis
72 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized to intra-articular injections of either Condrotide or hyaluronic acid. Condrotide is a gel containing a solution of polynucleotides. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of Condrotide to that of hyaluronic acid (HA), a standard injection therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
