Synopsis
88 patients were randomized to determine the effect of repair augmented with platelet-rich fibrin matrix (PRFM) membrane in the treatment of rotator cuff tear. Patients were allocated to either surgery with PRFM sutured into the repair site, or non-augmented repair.
