Synopsis

Eighty-three patients undergoing shoulder, knee, or elbow sports-medicine procedures were randomized to BandGrip (n=42) or conventional sutures (n=41). The primary outcome was cosmetic appearance using the Hollander Wound Evaluation Scale (HWES). Secondary outcome was patient satisfaction (0–10 NRS).
