One thousand nine hundred thirty-five patients undergoing ACLR were included across thirteen randomized controlled trials comparing isolated ACLR to ACLR with a concomitant lateral extra-articular procedure (LEP) using either hamstring tendon (HT) or bone-patellar tendon-bone (BPTB) grafts.
