Synopsis
Ninety-six patients with primary knee osteoarthritis were randomized to receive either ultracongruent (UC) total knee arthroplasty (TKA) (n=48) or posterior-stabilized (PS) TKA (n=48). The primary outcome was the Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), and the secondary outcome was knee range of motion (ROM).
