One hundred fifty-three patients with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation were randomized to receive either arthroscopic Bankart repair (n=80) or arthroscopic Bankart repair plus Arthroscopic Anatomic Glenoid Reconstruction (AAGR; n=73).
