Synopsis
Three hundred thirty patients undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis were randomized to receive diosmin (n=167) or no diosmin (n=163). The diosmin group received 0.9 g twice daily for 14 days postoperatively, while the control group received no treatment or placebo.
