Synopsis
Ninety patients undergoing posterior lumbosacral spine fixation were randomized to receive either dexmedetomidine plus bupivacaine (n=30), bupivacaine alone (n=30), or saline (n=30) for bilateral ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block (ESPB).
