Twenty-three adults with acute traumatic distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) instability undergoing arthroscopic triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) repair were randomized to receive postoperative immobilization using either a modified ulnar gutter slab or a sugar tong slab.
