One hundred patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) with either an allograft or hamstring tendon autograft for ACL ruptures were randomized to either a blister pack of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs; n=50) or ibuprofen and opioids (n=50).
