Synopsis
Seventy patients who are undergoing ankle fracture surgery and drink at least 21 drinks per week were randomized to either the Gold Standard Program (GSP-A) arm which consisted of a manual-based 6-week program that aimed for complete alcohol abstinence (n=35) or the control group (n=33).
