Synopsis
Eighty patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomized to receive a combined distal femoral triangle (FT) and distal adductor canal block (ACB) (n=40) or femoral nerve block (FNB) (n=40). The outcomes of interest were postoperative motor function as measured by the Bromage scale, postoperative pain, satisfaction and opioid consumption.
