160 patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) were randomly assigned to receive either cannabis-based medicinal extracts (CMBE), a mixture of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), or placebo through oromucosal spray for 6 weeks.
