Synopsis
50 patients with idiopathic frozen shoulder were randomized to either arthroscopic capsular release or hydrodilitation under fluoroscopy. Primary outcome was function on the Oxford Shoulder Score, while secondary outcomes included health-related quality of life and shoulder range of motion.
