Synopsis
48 patients with Achilles tendinpathy were randomized to intratendinous injection of either polidocanol or lidocaine. The purpose of this study was to determine if polidocanol had a significant, positive effect on walking pain and disease-related function after 3 or 6 months compared to lidocaine.
