Synopsis

26 randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, and case series' were included in this meta-analysis comparing complication rates between full-endoscopic foraminotomy and microendoscopic foraminotomy. Overall pooled complication rate did not significantly differ between the two techniques. Specific rates of dural tear and superficial infection also did not significantly differ between techniques....
