Synopsis
46 patients with Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III knee osteoarthritis were randomized in a 2:1 fashion to intraarticular injection of either the Autologous Protein Solution blood product (nSTRIDE APS; Biomet Zimmer) or placebo saline.
