For over 130 years the Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery has provided the highest quality evidence to the Orthopaedic community through the process of the highest standards in peer review and medical editing. At few times in that lengthy history has time urgency been added to the process of evaluation of scientific methodology and impact.
The current COVID 19 pandemic has added this imperative. JBJS has accepted the challenge of supporting OrthoEvidence in the critical task of supporting the Orthopaedic communities' need for the highest quality evidence to support community health and patient care.
