Synopsis
254 patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis were randomized to receive either etodolac 400mg, naproxen 500mg, or placebo for 4 weeks. Patients were assessed for clinical efficacy using Patients' and Physicians' Global Assessments, and safety was assessed using the incidence of adverse events.
