61 patients scheduled for uncemented total knee arthroplasty were randomized to a novel tibial tray with a porous titanium surface (Vangaurd Regenerex; Zimmer Biomet), or to a tibial tray with porous plasma spray (PPS) surface (Vanguard PPS; Zimmer Biomet).
