7 randomized controlled trials, including 445 patients, were analysed to evaluate the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided (UGI) versus "blind" landmark-guided subacromial-subdeltoid bursa corticosteroid injection for the treatment of adult patients with shoulder pain.
