Synopsis

17 patients with acromioclavicular (AC) joint pain were randomized to either receive open distal clavicle excision or arthroscopic distal clavicle excision. The results at the 1 year follow up period revealed that both the open and arthroscopic treatment approaches resulted in successful and favourable outcomes.
