Synopsis
125 patients with frozen shoulder were randomised to undergo one of two treatments. The first group had manipulation under anaesthesia in addition to home exercises while the second group had home exercises alone. Results indicated that there were comparable improvements in shoulder symptoms from both groups at the 1-year follow-up.
