Synopsis
65 elderly patients with chronic low back pain were randomly treated with either pregabalin or tramadol/acetaminophen for 4 weeks. The purpose was to compare the efficacy of these treatments on neuropathic pain. Results indicated similar rate of effectiveness in each cohort.
