Synopsis
37 patients (40 knees involved) with osteoarthritis were randomized to receive either mobile-bearing or fixed-bearing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This study examined weight-bearing kinematics of the knee at 1 year follow-up when performing step-up exercises in order to compare the two prostheses.
