Synopsis
49 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized to evaluate the efficacy of Active Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) against a placebo over 6 months. Patients were assessed using VAS, the Saudi Knee Function Scale (SKFS), and active range of motion (ROM).
