Synopsis
30 stroke patients were randomized to evaluate the feasibility and the efficacy of Nintendo-Wii based therapy on balance rehabilitation. Patients were allocated to undergo Wii-based training whilst standing (Balance group) or while sitting (Upper Limb Group) and were monitored over 2 to 4 weeks.
