80 patients (91 hips) were randomized to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes associated with conventional (UHMWPE) or crosslinked (HXLPE) polyethylene liners, paired with either oxidized zirconiu (oxinium; Ox) or cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) femoral heads.
