Synopsis

40 patients undergoing ADVANCE total knee arthroplasty were randomized to receive either a double-high or a medial-pivot insert in order to compare clinical outcomes. Midterm follow-up results at 4-5 years post-surgery revealed improvements in clinical outcomes within each group.
