Synopsis
45 subjects with grade II mechanical neck pain were randomized to determine the efficacy of the Neck Balance System (NBS) as a treatment modality. Participants were allocated to active treatment with the NBS, sham-NBS, or electromagnetic therapy. Treatment was conducted over 8 weeks, after which outcomes of pain and disability were measured.
