Data from 7 randomized controlled trials were pooled to compare the effects of computer-navigated and conventional free-hand techniques in THA. Primary outcomes included abduction angle, anteversion angle, operation time, decrease in haemoglobin after 24 hours and the number of acetabular outliers.
