Synopsis

50 patients undergoing forefoot surgery were randomized to receive forefoot preparation with either povidine-iodine (1%) with isopropyl alcohol (23%) with/without scrub or chlorhexidine gluconate (0.5%) with isopropyl alcohol (70%) with/without scrub.
