Synopsis
45 infants (67 feet), younger than 3 months, presenting with classical idiopathic clubfoot were randomized to be managed with either Ponseti or Kite method to compare both treatments. At a mean follow-up of 27 months, Ponseti's method achieved quicker correction of the idiopathic clubfoot deformity.
