Synopsis
30 patients with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee, scheduled to undergo total knee replacement surgery, were randomized to either receive treatment with either Celecoxib or Aceclofenac (NSAIDs). Patients who did not want to be treated served as a non-randomized comparison group.
