320 patients requiring anterior cruciate ligament repair were randomized to three groups to compare two forms of single bundle repair with the anatomical double bundle repair. Patients underwent either conventional single bundle (CSB), anatomical single bundle (ASB), or anatomical double bundle (ADB) repair.
