Synopsis
56 patients undergoing endoscopic patellar tendon anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction were recruited to this double blind trial. Patients were randomized to receive additional analgesic treatment using either a femoral nerve block (FNB) or a saline injection, in combination with local anesthesia.
