Synopsis
71 patients with 2 to 4-cm rotator cuff tears were randomized to receive either an arthroscopic single-row (SR) or double-row (DR) suture anchor repair, to determine potential differences in clinical outcomes and re-tear rates. At 24 month follow-up, the only difference of significance was in mean operative time. Clinical results and re-tear rates of the two groups were similar.
