Synopsis
Ninety elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomized to receive high-dose esketamine (HS) (n=30), low-dose esketamine (LS) (n=30), or saline (control, C) (n=30) during total laminectomy and interbody fusion surgery.
